1. Heard Mr. S. Jena, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. T.K. Dash, learned AGA for State-Opposite Parties.

It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioner, who is claiming regularization / approval of her service against 1^st post of Lecturer in Economics of Ananta Narayan Higher Secondary School, Dharakote, Ganjam and release of salary components as per Grant-in-aid Order, 1994, that her claim is similar to the case of the Respondent in FAO No.509 of 2014, which has been disposed of by a Co-ordinate Bench on 19^th March 2025 and upheld by the Hon’ble Supreme Court.

It is further prayed on behalf of the Petitioner that her representation under Annexure-7 may be considered by the appropriate authority.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of contentions of the petitioner, with a direction to the Director of Higher Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar (Opposite Party No.2) to consider
