1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. In the present Writ Petition, the Petitioners have assailed the inaction of the Revenue Authorities in taking appropriate action against the alleged unauthorized encroachments made by Opposite Party Nos.4 and 26, who are stated to have constructed houses and shop rooms over the land in question without obtaining the requisite permission and approval from the competent Revenue Authorities.

4. At the outset, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioner has filed a representation vide Annexure-2 series

before the Opposite Party No.3/Tahasildar, Bhadrak for redressal of their grievances. The said representation is still pending.

In view of such facts and submission, without going into the merit of the case, the Opposite Party No.3/ Tahasildar, Bhadrak is directed to dispose of the representation of the Petitioners vide Annexure-2 series by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of production/presentation of a certified copy of this order.
6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
