Even though the present Writ Petition has been filed inter alia challenging the initiation of the proceeding vide Memorandum dtd.03.08.2026 on the ground that it is barred by time in view of the provisions contained under Rule-7(2)(b) of the OCS (Pension) Rules, 1992, but in course of hearing learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner contended that he may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file his written statement of defence and participate in the proceeding..
4. With the aforesaid liberty, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. However, it is open for the Petitioner to
