Heard Mr. S. Jena, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mrs. U. Padhi, learned Additional Standing Counsel for State-Opposite Parties.

It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioner, who is claiming regularization/approval of her service against the 1^st post of Demonstrator in Botany in Indravati Degree Mahavidyalaya, Jaipatna in the district of Kalahandi and release of salary components as per Grant-in-Aid Order, 1994, that her claim is similar to the case of the Respondent in FAO No.509 of 2014, which has been disposed of by a Co-ordinate Bench on 19^th March 2025 and upheld by the Hon’ble Supreme Court.

It is further prayed on behalf of the Petitioner that her representation under Annexure-4 may be considered by the appropriate authority.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of contentions of the Petitioner, with a direction to the Director, Higher Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar (Opposite Party No.2) to consider the grievance of the Petitioner as per her representation at Annexure-4, in accordance with law, and keeping in view the decision aforesaid, if applicable, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
