It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioners, who are the teaching and non-teaching staff of Dhurba Charan Sahoo High School, Naubank, Jajpur, that they have claimed for release of their salary components as per Grant-in-Aid Order, 1994, which is similar to the case of the Appellant in FAO No.509 of 2014, which has been disposed of by a Coordinate Bench on 19^th March 2025 and upheld by the Hon’ble Supreme Court.

It is further prayed on behalf of the Petitioners that their representation under Annexure-3 may be considered by the appropriate authority.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of contentions of the petitioners, with a direction to the Commissioner-cum-Secretary, School and Mass Education Department, Bhubaneswar (Opposite Party No.1) to consider the grievance of the Petitioners as per their representation at Annexure-3, in accordance with law, and keeping in view the decision aforesaid, if applicable, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
