Heard Mr. S. Jena, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mrs. U. Padhi, learned Additional Standing Counsel for StateOpposite Parties.

It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioners, who are teaching and non-teaching staff of Chitalo Higher Secondary School, Chitalo in the district of Jajpur that their claim for regularization/approval of their services against their respective posts and release of salary components as per Grant-in-Aid Order, 1994, is similar to the case of the Respondent in FAO No.509 of 2014, which has been disposed of by a Co-ordinate Bench on 19^th March 2025 and upheld by the Hon’ble Supreme Court.

It is further prayed on behalf of the Petitioners that their representation under Annexure-5 may be considered by the appropriate authority.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of contentions of the Petitioners, with a direction to the Director, Higher Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar (Opposite Party No.2) to consider the grievance of the Petitioners as per their representation at Annexure-5, in accordance with law, and keeping in view the decision aforesaid, if applicable, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
