Heard Mr. S. Jena, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mrs. U. Padhi, learned Additional Standing Counsel for State-Opposite Parties.

It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioner, who is claiming regularization/approval of his service against the 1^st post of Lecturer in Odia in Panchayat Higher Secondary School, Lathor in the district of Balangir and release of salary components as per Grant-in-Aid Order, 1994, that his claim is similar to the case of the Respondent in FAO No.509 of 2014, which has been disposed of by a Co-ordinate Bench on 19^th March 2025 and upheld by the Hon’ble Supreme Court.

It is further prayed on behalf of the Petitioner that his representation under Annexure-6 may be considered by the appropriate authority.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of contentions of the Petitioner, with a direction to the Director, Higher Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar (Opposite Party No.2) to consider the grievance of the Petitioner as per his representation at Annexure-6, in accordance with law, and keeping in view the decision aforesaid, if applicable, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
