1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
2. In filing the present Writ Petition, the Petitioner has sought for a direction from this Court to the Opposite Party Nos.1 & 2 for allotting the adjacent land to House No.BL/120, Basanti Colony, Rourkela in his favour.
3. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner, at the outset, submits that

selfsame issue has already ventilated her grievance before the Land Officer-cum-Administrative Officer, Orissa State Housing Board, Bhubaneswar vide Annexure-6, no decision has been taken on the said grievance of the Petitioner till today.
5. He, accordingly, prays for a direction to the Land OfficercumAdministrative Officer, Orissa State Housing Board, Bhubaneswar for considering the said grievance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-6.
6. Learned counsel for the State submits that she has no objection, if the representation at the instance of the Petitioner is considered by the Land Officer-cumAdministrative Officer, Orissa State Housing Board, Bhubaneswar in accordance with law, which is stated to be pending as of now.
7. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case of the Petitioner, directs the Land Officer-cum-Administrative Officer, Orissa State Housing Board, Bhubaneswar to look into the grievance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-6 and take a lawful decision in the matter at the earliest possible, preferably within a period of 15 days from the date of production/presentation of a certified copy of this order.

8. It is further directed that till a decision on the grievance of the Petitioner is taken, no coercive action shall be taken against the present Petitioner pursuant to the dispute involved herein.
