11.09.2026 Order No. 01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the Opp. Parties.
3. Petitioner has filed the present writ petition inter alia with the following prayer:-
“It is therefore prayed that the Hon'ble Court be graciously pleased to pass following relief(s):-
The Hon'ble Court be graciously pleased to allow this writ petition by quashing the impugned order of transfer dated 06.08.2026 under Annexure-5, along with the consequential relieving orders dated 29.08.2026 under Annexure-8 & 9, so far as the same relate to the Petitioner with further directing the Opp. Party no.2 for favourably consideration of her representation dtd. 07.08.2026 under Annexure-6 seeking posting at Head Office, Bhubaneswar in accordance with the applicable transfer norms and guidelines with a stipulated time for the interest of justice.

(ii) The Hon'ble court be pleased to pass any other order(s)/direction(s) as deems fit & proper for the bonafide interest of justice.
And for this act of kindness, the Petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray;”.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that highlighting his grievance, Petitioner has made a representation to Opposite Party No.2 vide Annexure-7 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State has no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation filed by the Petitioner vide Annexure-7 within a period of four (4) weeks in accordance with law from the date of production of certified copy of this order with due communication to the Petitioners.
6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
