It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioner that the Railway authorities have unauthorizedly encroached the land of the Petitioner by constructing two pillars thereon. It is further submitted that in this regard the representation of the Petitioner is pending with the authority.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Asst. Divisional Engineer, South Eastern Railway, Jharsuguda, Odisha (Opposite Party No.2) to consider the grievance of the Petitioner as per his representation at Annexure-4 and take decision, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
