Heard Mr. K.K. Swain, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Ms. U. Padhi, learned ASC for State-Opposite Parties.

It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioner, who is working as Lecturer in English (1^st post) in Prachi +2 Mahavidyalaya, Bangurigan in the district of Puri that his claim for release of salary components as per Grant-in-aid Order, 1994, is similar to the case of the Respondent in FAO No.509 of 2014, which has been disposed of by a Co-ordinate Bench on 19^th March 2025 and upheld by the Hon’ble Supreme Court.

It is further prayed on behalf of the Petitioner that his representation under Annexure-4 may be considered by the appropriate authority.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of contentions of the petitioner, with a direction to the Director of Higher Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar (Opposite Party No.4) to consider

the grievance of the Petitioner as per his representation at Annexure-4, in accordance with law, and keeping in view the decision aforesaid, if applicable, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
