Heard Mr. K.K. Swain, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Ms. U. Padhi, learned ASC for State-Opposite Parties.

It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioner, which is the Managing Committee of Chaturbhuja High School, Bimala in the district of Keonjhar that its claim for release of salary components of its staff as per Grant-in-aid Order, 1994, is similar to the case of the Respondent in FAO No.509 of 2014, which has been disposed of by a Co-ordinate Bench on 19^th March 2025 and upheld by the Hon’ble Supreme Court.

It is further prayed on behalf of the Petitioner that its representation under Annexure-3 may be considered by the appropriate authority.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of contentions of the petitioner, with a direction to the Director of Secondary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar (Opposite Party No.2) to consider the grievance of the Petitioner as per its representation at Annexure-3, in accordance with law, and keeping in view the decision aforesaid, if applicable, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.

An urgent certified copy of this order shall be issued on proper application.
