It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioner that he is presently working as Assistant Teacher (Ex-Cadre) in Goddhuapadar Primary/ PUPS, Khariar in the district of Nuapada and he prays for ante-dating his regularization on completion of six years as Gana Sikshyak. It is further submitted by Mr. Ghadei that, the grievance of the petitioner is covered by the decision of this Court in Dhananjay Charan Dey and Others v. State of Odisha and Others, 2020 (II) ILR CUT 84 and upheld by Hon’ble Apex Court in SLP(C) No.13627 of 2021, disposed of on 25^th January, 2023; and further in another decision of this court in Bishnu Naik and Others v. State of Odisha and Others , W.A. No.524 of 2024, disposed of on 18^th March, 2025.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he may be permitted to submit a representation in writing to the authority in this regard within a period of 15 days from today ventilating his grievance.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission permitting the petitioner to submit a written representation ventilating his grievance before the Secretary to Government in School and Mass Education Department (O.P. No.1) within a period of 15 days from today, and in such event opposite party No.1 shall do well to consider the grievance of the petitioner, in accordance with law, and keeping in view the decisions aforestated, if applicable, within a period of four months thereafter.
