Heard Mr. S.K. Routray, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Ms. U. Padhi, learned ASC for State-Opposite Parties.

The petitioner has questioned constitution of school managing committee of PMS Janardhan Government High School, Sendhatira, in the district of Bhadrak. It is submitted by Mr. Routray on behalf of the Petitioners that their representation in this regard is pending with the authority.

Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the District Education Officer, Bhadrak (O.P. No.5) to consider the grievance of the petitioners as per their representation at Annexure-3 series and take decision in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.

An urgent certified copy of this order shall be issued on proper application.
