01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid
Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Parties.
3 . Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:-
“In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances as narrated above it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court be graciously be pleased to admit the Writ Petition and issue Rule Nisi or any other appropriate Writs against the 0pp. parties calling upon the opposite parties to show cause as to why they shall not be directed to allow the petitioner GP of Rs.5400 as 3rd RACP in view of the Resolution No.5073 dated 13.02.2025 as at Annexure-6 with all consequential inclusive of retirement benefits;
And, if the 0pp. Parties failed to show cause or show insufficient cause, make the said Rule absolute by directing the 0pp. Parties to allow the petitioner GP of Rs.5400 as 3rd RACP in view of the Resolution No.5073 dated 13.02.2025 as at Annexure-6 with all consequential inclusive of retirement benefits. And

And/or issue any other appropriate Writ/Writs, order/orders, direction/directions as deem fit and proper in the fitness of the case.
And for which act of your kindness the petitioner shall remain duty bound as ever.”
4. However, taking into account the claim raised in the present Writ Petition, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to make a detailed representation before Opp. Party No.3 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of three weeks hence.
5. It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, Opp. Party No.3 shall do well to take a lawful decision on the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation. The order so passed by the Opp. Party No.3 be communicated to the petitioner within the aforesaid time period.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
