It is submitted on behalf of the Petitioner, who is claiming regularization and approval of his service against his post in Jagamohan Mahurikalaua Higher Secondary School at Ballipada, Ganjam, that his case is similar to the case of the Respondent in FAO No.509 of 2014, which has been disposed of by a Coordinate Bench on 19^th March 2025 and upheld by the Hon’ble Supreme Court.

It is further prayed on behalf of the Petitioners that his representation under Annexure-4 may be considered by the appropriate authority.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of
