1. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for appearing for the Parties.
3. The present Writ Petition has been filed inter alia with the following prayer:-
Under the above circumstances, it is humbly prayed that this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue a writ in appropriate nature to quash the office order dated 20.06.2026 under Annexure-8 and direct the Opp. Party No.2 and 3 to re-fix the pay of the Petitioner afresh under ORSP Rules, 2017 at Rs.40,200/- at par with his juniors Sri Saroj Kumar Nayak ad Maheswar Behera-II as on 1st April, 2016 and refix the pay of the Petitioner appropriately with grant of periodical increments till April, 2024 and sanction and disburse all consequential financial benefits and retirement benefits.
An pass any other order/orders, direction/direction as would be deemed fit and proper be issued
And for this act of kindness the Petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that highlighting his grievances, Petitioner has made a representation available at Annexure-10 to the Writ Petition before Opposite Party No.3 and the same may be directed to be considered and disposed of within a stipulated time period to which learned Counsel for the State has no objection.
5. As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, dispose of the Writ Petition with a direction on Opposite Party No.3 to consider and dispose of the representation vide Annexure-10 in accordance with law, within a period of 2(two) months from the date of receipt of this order with due communication to the Petitioner.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
