01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.

3 . The present Writ Petition has been filed inter alia with the following prayer: -

“Under the above circumstances, it is therefore humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be graciously pleased to direct the 0pp. Parties to appoint the petitioner under the Rehabilitation Assistant scheme and to grant him all consequential service and financial benefits to save the petitioner and his family from further suffering;

And/or pas any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders and direction/directions in the fitness of the case.

And for this act of kindness as in duty bound the petitioner shall ever pray.”

4. In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that application made by the Petitioner vide Annexure-4 to get the benefit of appointment under the R.A. Scheme, through is pending before the

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.2 to consider the application filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-4 in accordance with law within a period of three (3) months from the date of production of certified copy of this order with due communication to the Petitioner.
