01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.

¶11

3 . The present Writ Petition has been filed inter alia with the following prayer: -

“The petitioner, therefore, prays that Your Lordship's may graciously be pleased to admit the writ application, call for the records and after hearing the parties and issue a writ in the nature of Certiorari/Mandamus or any other or further writ/writs), direction/ directions directing the opp parties to grant RACP and one increment in favour of the petitioner basis on similar situated person who have joined with the petitioner in different districts i.e Jajpur, Balasore, Bhadkar, Cuttack and Bhubaneswar for the interest of justice.

And pass any other order(s), direction (s) as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper.

And tor this act of kindness the petitioner shall, as in duty bound ever pray.”

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation vide Annexure-4 to the Writ

Petition, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, she prays that a direction be issued to the Opposite Party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted representation in accordance with law, within a period of three (3) months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.

6. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
