1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

In filing the present Writ Petition, the Petitioners claiming themselves to be landless, have sought for a direction from this Court to the Tahasildar, Rairakhol/ Opposite Party No.3 for settling the disputed property in question vide Sabik Plot No.1281/13, Sabik Khata No.61 area measuring Ac.1.80 decimals corresponding to Hal Khata No.122, Hal Plot No.1934, area measuring Ac.1.80 decimals, Mouza-Barabank under Rairakhol Tahasil in the district of Sambalpur in their favour.

4. During course of hearing, learned counsel for the State submits that instead of preferring this Writ Petition, the Petitioners, at the outset, should have ventilated their grievances for the above purpose before the Tahasildar, Rairakhol/Opposite Party No.3.

5. At this juncture, learned counsel for the Petitioners prays for granting permission to the Petitioners to ventilate their grievance before the Tahasildar, Rairakhol/Opposite Party No.3.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of both the parties, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case of the Petitioners, directs the Petitioners to approach the Tahasildar, Rairakhol/Opposite Party No.3 along with a representation for the above purpose within a period of fifteen working days hence. In such event, the Tahasildar, Rairakhol shall look into the grievance of the Petitioners and pass a lawful order on the above issues within a period of four weeks thereafter.

7. This Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
