“It is therefore most humbly prayed that Writ application may be admitted record may be called for and after hearing the parties, the same may be allowed.

Directing Opposite Party No.2 to dispose of Appeal Case No. 16 of 2026 expeditiously before the final publication of the ROR of Mouza-Shampur within a stipulated time as directed by this Hon’ble Court. And

Pass such other order(s) as may be deemed fit and proper in the interest of justice and equity.

Cuttack. In the present writ application, he seeks a direction to the Opposite Party No.2 for early disposal of the Appeal Case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no effective steps have been taken in the said appeal.

Considering the innocuous prayer, the writ application is disposed of directing the Opposite Party No. 2 to dispose of the above referred Appeal Case as early as possible, preferably within four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.
