01. 1 . Learned counsel for the Petitioner is heard extensively.
The learned ASC also made his brief response.
2 . The petition has been filed with the following prayer:
“In view of the above set of facts and circumstances and in the in the interest of justice the Petitioner prays before this Hon’ble Court that this writ Petition may kindly be allowed and appropriate direction/directions may kindly be given to Opp. Party No.1 & 2 to give strict and affirmative direction and order be given by Opp. Party No.1 & 2 to direct and give instruction to Opp. Party No.3 to 6 for carrying out the process of giving appointment to the Petitioner and the Petitioner be allowed to work in the field as CRPCM.

And pass any other order/orders, direction/directions as this Hon’ble Court deems just, fit, equitable and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case in order to give complete relief.”

Since nothing could be made out by the petitioner’s learned counsel regarding what prayer has been sought for from this Court, the learned counsel was requested to place before this Court if the petitioner is aggrieved by any order, and if such order has been passed by the authority whether he is impleaded as a opposite party. In response, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been approaching the authority to get certain relief which she has not been granted.
4. Earlier the petitioner had approached this Court by filing W.P.(C) No.4602 of 2024, which was disposed of by the coordinate Bench by order dated 04.03.2024 directing the Opposite Party No.4 in the said writ application to consider the representation of the petitioner and take a decision.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner and it is also stated in the writ petition that the opposite party no.4 in the said writ application i.e. the Chief Development Officer-cum-Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Puri has disposed of representation by order dated 10.09.2025, copy of which is annexed to the writ application marked as Annexure-4. The

operative portion of the said order is reproduced herein:
“In view of the above the order of engagement of Rasmita Nayak as CRP of Mardhapalli Village under Gadasahi GP of Kanas Block is quashed. The BDO, Kanas is directed to disengage the Opposite Party No.7 Rasmita Nayak from the post of CRP-CM in Mardhapalli Village of Gadasahi GP under as Block with immediate effect and take up the selection owing due procedure as per the guidelines in accordance with the advertisement published on dtd 11.01.2023 for selection of Community Resource Person.
Hence, this Misc Case arising out of WP(C) No.4602/2024 is accordingly disposed of.
Intimate all concerned.”
5. The learned counsel for the petitioner having been granted sufficient time has not been able to assist the Court how the petitioner is aggrieved and how the prayer made in the writ application can be granted.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner files memo of date indicating that the petitioner shall withdraw the writ application with liberty to file application with better particulars.

6. The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file writ petition, if so advised, with better particulars.
