The petitioner by filing the writ application seeks direction from this Court to the appropriate authority for disposal of the representation dated 30.07.2026, made to the authority, copy of which has been annexed to the writ application marked as Annexure-7. 3. The learned ASC in response submits that if the representation is still pending, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the authority in accordance with law within a reasonable time.

4. In view of the limited nature of prayer made by the petitioner and the submissions made by the

learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not seeking any response from the opposite parties regarding the contentions raised in the writ application.

Accordingly, it is directed that the authority shall do well to consider in accordance with law the representation dated 30.07.2026 (Annexure-7 to the writ application) within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of the certified copy of this order along with copy of representation and the documents sought to be relied upon by the petitioner. 6. This Court has not expressed any opinion regarding merits of the case or the contentions of the parties to the writ application.
