“ Under these circumstances the petitioners most humbly pray that this Hon'ble Court be graciously pleased to issue a Rule NISI calling upon the opposite parties to show cause as to why;
(i) the opposite party No.3 shall not be directed to dispose of Objection Case No.442 of 2023 within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court keeping in view the judgment rendered by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.(C) No.9775 of 2014 dated 19.12.2025 under Annexure-6.
If the opposite parties fail to show cause or show insufficient cause the Rule be made absolute.
And for this act of kindness the petitioners as in duty bound shall ever pray.”
