The petitioner has approached this Court with the following

“Under such circumstances, the Petitioner therefore pray that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be Pleased to Admit the Writ Application, issue RULE NISI calling upon the 0pp. Party to Show Cause as to why a Direction for early disposal of Misc Appeal No-29 of 2025 Pending in the file of Learned Sub- Collector , Cuttack within a Specific Short time Period Shall not be Passed by this Hon'ble Court .

And upon showing no Cause or in sufficient Cause the Rule be made absolute by allowing the writ application with a further Direction to the Court of SubCollector , Cuttack to dispose of G Misc Appeal No- 29 of 2025 within a Short time Period.

And to Pass any other Order/ Orders and to grant any other relief/reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit

Having regard to the innocuous prayer, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Sub-Collector, Cuttack to make an effort to dispose of Miss. Appeal No. 29 of 2025 as early as possible, preferably within four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.
