2. It is submitted that though the petitioner has approached this Court for redressal of her grievances, at this stage, the petitioner shall seek the available remedy of filing appeal against the selection and engagement of the Party No.5 before the appropriate authority.

Accordingly, it is submitted that the petitioner

will not press the writ application in its present form.

3. Learned Additional Government Advocate in response submits that the petitioner may avail appropriate remedy available under law.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Advocate, it is directed that the petitioner shall approach the appropriate authority by filing properly constituted appeal before the authority within a period of three weeks. The authority shall consider the appeal and shall take decision in accordance with law.

5. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion regarding the merits of the claim of the petitioner or the contentions of the parties to the writ petition.

The writ petition is disposed of with the above observations.
