2. Heard Mr. Ashok Kumar Sahoo, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners, Ms. Gayatri Patra, learned counsel appearing for the State and Mr. Adyasidhi Mishra, learned counsel appearing for Opposite Party Nos.4 and 5.
3. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, this Court finds that the Petitioners claim to be whistleblowers. In the event the Petitioners have any grievance, they are at liberty to approach the appropriate authority/authorities for redressal of the same. If such grievance is presented before the appropriate authority/authorities, the same shall be
