“ Under these circumstances the petitioner most humbly prays that this Hon'ble Court be graciously pleased to issue a Rule NISI calling upon the opposite parties to show cause as to why:-

2. the opposite party No.3 shall not be directed to dispose of Objection Case No.440 of 2023 within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court keeping in view the judgment rendered by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.(C) No.9775 of 2014 dated 19.12.2025 under Annexure-6.

If the opposite parties fail to show cause or show insufficient cause the Rule be made absolute.

Having regard to the fact that the objection case in question is pending before the Assistant Settlement Officer, the writ petition is disposed of directing him to make an effort to dispose of the same in accordance with law after granting opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as early as possible, preferably within four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.
