“1)That, the petitioner has filed the above and writ petition challenging the deduction of the paddy in the paddy procurement process by the Miller by which the petitioner sustained a financial loss of weightage of 8 kg 500 gm. in each quintal.
2) That the opp. parties after receiving the notice considered their mistake and they requested the petitioner not to repeat the said mistake in future and there is a settlement between the parties.
PRAYER
That the petitioner therefore prays that considering the above said facts and grounds the settlement arises between the parties he wants to withdraw the above said writ petition W.P.(C) No. 20602/ 2026 to save the precious time of the court.”
N. Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that as the Opposite Parties have considered their mistake and the matter
has been settled between the parties, the Petitioner does not want to proceed with this writ application and the same may be
permitted to be withdrawn.
