01. 1. The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:
“Under the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to;
I) Issue Rule NISI calling upon the opposite parties to show cause as to why the impugned order dated 11.06.2026 shall not be quashed and thereby quashing the impugned order dated 11.06.2026 under Annexure- 4 ;
II) Direct the opposite parties to restore petitioner to the promotional post of Revenue Inspector with all consequential service and financial benefits;
III) Pass such order (S) / direction (s) as deemed fit and proper in the bonafide interest of Justice;
And for this act of kindness, the petitioner

2. Memo of date is filed by the learned counsel, Mr. Mohapatra which states thus”
“During pendency of the aforesaid case petitioner got the benefits as prayed for and petitioner does not want not to proceed the case. Hence the same may be withdrawn as not press.” (sic)

3. Learned Additional Government Advocate has no objection for withdrawal of the Writ Petition.
