1. The petitioner has filed the instant writ petition with the

“In the light of the aforesaid facts and circumstances this Hon’ble Court may be graciously be pleased to rule nisi calling upon the Opp. Parties as to why appropriate action will not be taken by the Opp. Parties for having deliberately caused colossal loss to the State Exchequer in terms of crores;

And; further be pleased to direct the Opp. Party no.5 to procure Bauxite in terms of the sales agreement executed between the parties;

And; be further pleased to direct the Opp. Party No.5 to pay the differential loss in terms of Annexure-4 to the Opp. Parties along with applicable interest and penalty within a stipulated period;

And; be further pleased to pass any other order(s)/Direction(s) as this Hon’ble Court thinks fit and proper;

And; for this act of kindness the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray.”
