Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties.

Learned counsel appearing for Opp. Party Nos. 2 & 3 produced the VRS scheme floated by Opp. Party Nos. 2 & 3 on 09.09.2026 enabling the employees to take VRS in terms of the said scheme.

Copies of the scheme so produced by the learned counsel appearing for Opp. Party Nos. 2 & 3 in Court be kept in record.

It is also contended by the learned counsel appearing for Opp. Party Nos. 2 & 3 that if Petitioners in the present batch of writ

petitions will make their applications to take VRS, appropriate decision will be taken in accepting the application with due release of the benefits within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of the application.

Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners in the present batch of writ petitions also fairly contended that all the Petitioners will make their respective VRS application individually within the time stipulated in circular dtd.09.09.2026.

Having heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties and considering the submissions made, this Court while disposing all the writ petitions, permits the Petitioners to make their respective applications in terms of circular dtd.09.09.2026 to take voluntary retirement from their services.

7.1. It is however observed that on such receipt of the applications, Opp. Party Nos. 2 & 3 shall process the same and release the benefit as due and admissible with due acceptance as per the scheme, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of such application. It is however observed that Opp. Party Nos. 2 & 3, will not take any coercive action till acceptance of Petitioners’ VRS applications.

All the writ petitions accordingly stand disposed of.
