The matter was adjourned to 24^th November, 2025 providing another opportunity to the Petitioner to pursue the writ petition. On 24^th November, 2025, none appeared for the Petitioner. Hence, this Court adjourning the matter to be listed today directed the Registry to communicate the order to the Petitioner intimating the next date of hearing. Although, office note indicates that the order dated 24^th November, 2025 was communicated to the Petitioner, but none represents the Petitioner to pursue the matter.
