The petitioner humbly prays that your Lordships may kindly be graciously be pleased to admit the writ petition, notice to O.P. No.4 to 9 may kindly be dispensed with and at the stage of admission the impugned order under Annexure-4 may kindly be set aside and the matter may kindly be remitted to Tahasildar, Pipili (O.P.No.2) to dispose of Mutation Case No. 1636 of 2025 afresh giving opportunity to the petitioners to file related documents before RI, Puba Sasan in the above facts.

And for this act of kindness the petitioners as in duty bound shall as in duty bound ever pray.

It appears that the impugned order in the mutation case was dropped on the ground of absence of the petitioner and also for not

uploading the case related RSD and other documents. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to certain unavoidable circumstances, the petitioner could not appear and produce the documents.

Since the mutation case has not been disposed of on merits and has been dropped, the writ application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to submit application for mutation afresh in the online mode along with all relevant documents within two weeks from today. If such application is submitted, the Tahasildar shall proceed in accordance with law after granting an opportunity of hearing to all concerned.
