1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Since the dispute between the present Petitioner and Opposite Party No.5 is essentially an inter se private dispute and does not arise out of any OPLE proceeding, the present Writ Petition is not maintainable. The Petitioner is, therefore, at liberty to avail the appropriate remedy by instituting an appropriate civil suit before the competent Court, in accordance with law.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the dispute.
