“In this circumstances the petitioner humbly prays that your lordship may graciously be pleased to admit this writ petition, issue notice to the opposite parties to file show cause as to why the writ petition shall not be allowed and if the opposite parties fail to show cause or show insufficient cause by issuing a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate nature of writ/writs direct the opposite party No. 1 under for correction of hal plot No. 3 in Chaka Number No.1 under consolidation khata No. 34 of mouza-Baujanga by executing his own order dated 12.12.2011.
And any other relief, order/orders, Direction/directions be passed as the Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper.
And for this act of kindness the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray.”
