1. Heard Mr. S.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. U.R. Jena, learned AGA for State – opposite parties.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that as reflected in the notice dated 7^th May 2026 (Annexure-3), the appeal preferred by the petitioner in RMA No.5 of 2025 has been disposed of and accordingly, the petitioner immediately applied for grant of certified copy of the same and the same is still pending.

It is further submitted that the petitioner may be granted liberty to prefer revision in terms of section 12(2) of the OPLE Act against the order of the appellate authority.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the appellate authority to grant certified copy of its order, within a period of 15 days from today, as per the copy application of the petitioner dated 8^th May 2025, as per the acknowledgment receipt produced by the petitioner in course of hearing. Further, the petitioner is permitted to approach the revisional authority within a period of 15
