“It is, therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit this writ application, issue notice to the Opp.Parties, call for the relevant records and after hearing the counsel for the parties may pass the following orders/directions;
i) To quash the observation made in the impugn Order No1980 dated- 05.03.2026 passed by the Opposite party No-2 under Annexure-10.
ii) To direct the Opposite party No-1 to convene a review DPC and consider the case of the petitioner for his promotion to the rank of "Asst. Soil Conservation Officer" (Group-B) by making available the CCRs/PARs from the date of his juniors were given promotion in terms of the DPC held on 30.01.2025 with all service and consequential benefits.

ill) To direct the Opposite Parties more particularly Opp.Party No.l & 2 to promote the petitioner to the post of "Asst. Soil Conservation Officer" (Group-B) from the date of his juniors got such promotion as per order under Annexure-5 with all service and consequential benefits within a time framed by this Hon'ble Court.
And/or pass such other further order/orders as this Hon'ble Court deems just, equitable and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case;
And for this act of kindness, the Petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray.”
