02. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties.
3. Petitioners have filed the present Writ Petition inter alia with the following prayer:-
“Under the abovementioned facts and circumstances of the case, this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus by quashing order no.5678 dated.7.3.2022 under Annexure-8.
And further be pleased to opp. parties to reinstate the service of the petitioner and regularise the service of petitioner as per decision of Hon'ble High Court in

W.P(C)1065/2009 and Hon'ble Supreme Court passed in SLP No.1962/2012.
And further be pleased to grant all consequential service and financial benefits.
Or pass any other order/orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem think fit and proper.
And for which act of kindness, the petitioners as in duty bound, shall ever pray.”
4. It is contended that similar issue has been decided by this Court in its judgment dtd.01.12.2025 in W.P.(C) No.9325 of 2022.
4.1 . It is accordingly contended that the present Writ Petition be disposed of in the light of the judgment dtd.01.12.2025 with quashing of the impugned order dtd.07.03.2022 under Annexure-8.
5. Even though learned Addl. Standing Counsel contended that the issue is not similar, this Court after going through the materials available on record is of the view that claim of the Petitioners is similar to the claim so decided by this Court in its judgment dtd.01.12.2025 in W.P.(C) No.9325 of 2022.
6. In view of such analysis, this Court while quashing the impugned order dtd.07.03.2022 dispose of the Writ Petition in the light of the judgment dtd.01.12.2025 so passed in W.P.(C) No.9325 of 2022.

7. Accordingly, the Writ Petition along with I.A stand disposed of.
