“It is therefore, humbly prayed that this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to allow the Writ Application and pass an order(s)/direction(s) to the Appellate/Competent authority for sanction of actual compensation as per Bench mark valuation of land vide Khata No.471, Plot No.1792, Area-Ac.0.36 dec., Plot No.1799, Area-Ac.0.51 dec., and Plot No.1824, AreaAc.0.74 dec. affected construction of Mahanadi Bridge Approach Road under Public Works Department, Govt. of Odisha, Bhubaneswar within a stipulated time frame; And pass such other order/orders and direction/directions as this Hon’ble Court may be deemed fit and proper.
