This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. 2. Heard Mr. Jena, learned Counsel for the Petitioners.

3. The Petitioner-Rameswar Sakti SHG, being represented through its President namely, Rekha Rani Dasmohapatra (Petitioner No.1) so also Secretary namely, Debasmita Nanda (Petitioner No.2) has preferred this writ petition with the following prayers:-

The petitioners, therefore, pray that Your Lordship's may graciously be pleased to admit the writ application, call for the records and after hearing the parties, allow the same and issue a writ in the nature of Certiorari/Mandamus or any other or further writ/writ(s), direction/ directions directing the opp. parties more particularly opp.party no.3 Collector, Balasore to consider the petitioners Rameswar SHG Groupi. representation at

Annexure -5 and to take necessary steps to supply MDM services to the students of Hatu Charan High School, Dhitpura for the interest of justice.

And pass any other order(s), direction (s) as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

And for this act of kindness the petitioners shall, as in duty bound ever pray.”

4. During hearing, Mr. Jena, learned Counsel for the Petitioners prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to seek their remedy before the appropriate authority. He files a Memo to the said effect in the Court, which be kept on record.
