01. 1 . The petitioner-wife in the marriage is before this Court seeking transfer of C.P. (MAT) No.13 of 2025 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Banki. The said C.P. was filed by the opposite party-husband in the marriage under Section 13(1)(i-a) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 seeking dissolution of marriage.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Banki may consider the C.P. and dispose of it as expeditiously as possible.

3. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the petition is disposed of observing that the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Banki shall take up C.P. (MAT) Case No.13 of 2025 and deal with it as expeditiously as

would be possible, depending on the number of cases of pending before the learned court. The parties shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of C.P. (MAT) Case No.13 of 2025and shall not take any unnecessary adjournment.

4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner, if required shall avail the facility of Information and Communication Technology (ICT)/digital facility.

It is directed that the parties to the litigation before the learned Court in seisin C.P. (MAT) Case No.13 of 2025, if so advised shall make application before the learned Court for extending the facility of ICT such as virtual hearing, deposition etc. Upon making such application, learned court shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law extending the facility of ICT.
