3. At the outset, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner does not want to proceed with the matter henceforth. Hence, he may be permitted to withdraw the present RVWPET. A memo to that effect filed in Court today be kept on record.
4. In such view of the matter, this Court permits the Petitioner to withdraw the present RVWPET.
