M.P. No. 114 of 2023. The said Crl. M.P. was filed by the present petitioner. The opposite party herein being the opposite party in the Crl. M.P.

2 . It is stated by the learned counsel for the opposite party, also endorsed by the learned counsel on behalf of the petitioner that the Crl. M.P. No. 114 of 2023 filed under section 127 Cr.P.C. seeking alteration of the order dated 8.6.2022 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Nayagarh in Criminal Petition No. 32 of 2020 has been allowed. The amount directed earlier towards maintenance @ ₹10,000/- per month

for the opposite party wife and ₹5,000/- per month for the minor daughter has been modified. Upon modification maintenance from the date of application i.e. 1.6.2023 is disallowed for wife and maintenance payable to the minor daughter has been fixed at ₹2,000/- per month.

3. In view of the subsequent judgment dated 8.1.2026 passed in Crl.M.P. No. 114 of 2023, the earlier judgment dated 8.6.2022 stands effaced.

4. Nothing survives for adjudication in the present RPFAM.

5. Accordingly, the RPFAM stands disposed of. Memo filed by learned counsel for the opposite parties shall be kept on record. Scanned copy be updated.
