Heard Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Panda, learned ASC for the State.

Instant CRLMP is filed by the petitioner for a direction to the opposite parties, particularly, opposite party Nos.2 and 3 to ensure free, fair, impartial and expeditious investigation in connection with Nandipada P.S. Case No.147 dated 13^th April, 2026 corresponding to G.R. Case No.219 of 2026 pending in the file of learned J.M.F.C., Hatadihi, Keonjhar seeking such other reliefs including arrest of the accused persons involved in accordance with law.

A copy of the FIR is at Annexure-1.

Last time, this Court by order dated 20^th August, 2026, had directed the State to submit the up-to-date case diary, injury report and all the relevant documents for its perusal and the same is complied with. Mr. Panda, learned ASC submits that the investigation is concluded with the filing of the

chargesheet in the month of July, 2026. A copy of the chargesheet with intimation received from opposite party No.3 is submitted to the Court. From the intimation dated 19^th August, 2026 of opposite party No.3, it is made to reveal that the injured received a laceration on the head probably caused by a blunt object but injuries are stated to be simple. In the meantime, notice under Section 35(3) BNSS has been served on the accused persons. In view of the above, considering the submission of Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the petitioner and that, in the meantime, the chargesheet is filed, this Court is of the view that no further direction is necessary. If in case, the petitioner has any other grievance, since an offence under Section 109 BNSS has been deleted as made to appear from the chargesheet, may file a protest petition before the learned court below for appropriate orders.

Accordingly, it is ordered.

In the result, the CRLMP stands disposed of.
