12.01.2026, the Petitioner was not aware that Purighat P.S. Case No. 67 of 2026 had been registered on the basis of the complaint of her son as the same has been registered on 17.02.2026. She further submits that the complaint of the Petitioner may be enquired into in the case which has already been registered.

In view of the above submission and as investigation in Purighat P.S. Case No. 67 of 2026 is in progress, it is open to the Petitioner to submit her grievance before the I.O. in the case.

With this observation, the CRLMP is disposed of.
