This CRLMP has been filed for registerring the written report for a direction to the Opposite party No.4 to register the written report dated 25.11.2025 under Annexure-1 as FIR and to take appropriate steps against the accused persons.

Instructions dated 14.01.2026 has been received from the IIC, Daringbadi Police station, wherein it is stated that there is a Government land near Chari Chhak, Daringbadi, behind the vegetable market where Durga puja festival is celebrated by the Hindu community. On 24.11.2025, the Hindu community decided to celebrate "Amrut Mahosav Jagyan" there and constructed a Pandal which gave rise to a dispute. Members of another community opposed the construction of the puja pandal, for which there was a scuffle between the two communities, but it was effectively controlled by the police and local administration. meeting was held consisting of the local administration of official, police and members of both communities and both parties agreed to maintain peace and harmony in the locality. As per amicable settlement, the Hindu community removed the disputed pandal soon after the festival. Christmas festival was also held peacefully in the locality without any untoward situation and no case has been reported at the Police Station related to the incident. So far as the petitioner has not lodged FIR in the Police Station. The said instruction is taken on record. It shall be scanned and incorporated in the digital record.

It is expected that both the communities will maintain peace and the situation of village will be monitored and kept close watch on by the local administration, so that both the communities stay peacefully.
