the learned J.M.F.C. (LR), Bhubaneswar in connection with G.R. Case No.1499 of 2012.

8. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

9. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner was earlier granted bail and had been regularly attending the Court on each date of posting of the case. However, on 15.02.2025, the Petitioner could not remain present in Court due to non-communication by the conducting Counsel. Hence, the learned Court in seisin over the matter issued the order of N.B.W. against him. He further submits that the Petitioner undertakes to cooperate till the end of the trial and appear before the learned Court below on each date of posting of the case without fail.

10. Considering the conduct of the Petitioner and further taking into account that the N.B.W.(A) has remained pending since 15.02.2025 without any steps having been taken by the Petitioner in the meantime, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the order passed by the learned trial Court.

11. However, the Petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court in seisin of the matter in the aforesaid case within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of this order and to move for bail. Upon such
