02. 1. This I.A. has been filed by the petitioner for modification/correction of the order dated 15.01.2026 passed in CRLMC No.162 of 2026.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently in paragraph-5 of the order dated 15.01.2026, the name of the Court has been wrongly typed as “S.D.J.M., Balasore” instead of “S.D.J.M., Baripada”. Hence, he seeks modification of the said order.
4. Accordingly, the prayer for modification is allowed. The name of the Court occurring in paragraph No.5 of the order dated 15.01.2026 be corrected and read as “S.D.J.M., Baripada” instead of “S.D.J.M., Balasore”.
