1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. The Petitioner has filed this CRLMC with a prayer to quash

the order dated 09.01.2026 and 11.02.2026 passed by the learned Special Judge, CBI-01, Bhubaneswar.

3. Mr. Sarthak Nayak, learned Retainer Counsel for the CBI, on instruction, submits that the articles are in the Malkhana, Delhi and the Petitioner has to move to Delhi to get the articles released.

4. On the other hand, Mr. K.C. Dash, learned counsel for the Opposite Party submits that CBI office is in Bhubaneswar and it is functional. So, they can very well handover the seized articles here at the Bhubaneswar Office.

5. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the Opposite Party, Mr. Sarthak Nayak, learned Signature Not Verified

Further, this Court hopes and trusts that the articles seized from the Opposite Parties shall be released as early as possible at the Bhubaneswar office in accordance with the spirit of the Court’s order dated 22.05.2026 passed in CRLMC No.797 of 2026 since the Opposite Parties have already complied with the terms and conditions as set out by the Court below.
